Exhibition Overview

Presented by the North American Chinese Calligraphers Association, the 2026 exhibition continues the Association's international exhibition series after previous editions in 2014 and 2017. The exhibition presents Chinese calligraphy as a classical art form with an active contemporary life.

Academic Symposium

An academic symposium will be held at Columbia University as part of the exhibition program. Its main topic is Globalization and Modernization of Chinese Calligraphy, bringing scholarly attention to the historical depth and contemporary movement of calligraphy.

The exhibition will gather artists and scholars from the international calligraphy community. Artist profiles and selected works can be expanded as official materials are prepared.
